GDP #101 Blooms & Wishes

Renee Lynch Independent Stampin' Up Demonstrator

 Hello,
Today I'm playing with the Blooms and wishes stamp set from Stampin' Up. I adore this set it is so versatile! I was so happy when it carried over from last year. Last Christmas I made a stack of simple Chrissy Cards using this set, it was so simple when you need to make a lot! I plan on doing more chrissy cards this year with this set.

I'm also playing along with the Global Design Project this week with their colour Challenge.
This is my challenge as I love the colour combo, I found it really easy to create with these colours.

INKspired 63

Renee Lynch Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Hello,
Today I'm hopping with the INKspired blog hop. INKspired is my extended Stampin' Up! family and this hop is some of those girls who get together fortnightly to link our blogs together and hop to inspire and share some creativity. Before me this hop is Nicole. So for every hop our amazing leader Teneale creates a sketch, this is the sketch for hop 63!

I love love love this sketch!! I had a box of new products that I had hardly found time to even open let alone play with. This weekend was the time, and I had a bit of a play.
As you know I LOVE PINK so I felt like having a little play with Christmas and pink! (OMG what) that's right I went there haha but I think it came up great. What do you think?

I love playing with new product and I love that demonstrators get to play earlier than anyone else!
This set is defiantly one of my favorites I can already tell, and I'm LOVING that gold washi tape!!!
Hop on over to Allison  to see what amazing creations she and the other girls have made.

A new home

Renee Lynch Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.

Hello,
Today I created a card for a few different reasons, first was I needed a card for my best friend as she has just moved into a new house. Second was I wanted to play along with the Global Design Project. This GDP is their 100th challenge so time to celebrate. I find it so easy to create when I have a person in mind. I try to use colours they like as well as colours I like and also stamps that remind me of them.

I was actually inspired by Susan Wong who also played along with this weeks GDP click HERE to check out her AMAZING card. I love how challenges inspire your creativity in so many ways. The GDP designer we were both inspired by was Shaun De Oliveirs here is the card he created for the #GDP100

So here is the card I made! Lots of layers and textures.
I am loving the sheet music background stamp it is so cool to create a custom background to personalize a card. The little house I cut out with the Big Shot using some new dies called Hometown Greetings and the home sentiments comes from the coordinating stamp set Hearts Come Home.

Thanks so much for stopping by to see my creation today.
