INKspired Blog Hop 42

Well it has been an absolutely stunning day here in the high country, the sun is here and spring is defiantly in full swing.

I'm feeling extremely grateful of all the wonderful people around me that make my world so special, so iv decided to send out some cards to show my gratitude. Most of these cards are LONG over due but better late then never.

So being apart of the INKspired blog hop this week before me is my lovely friend Barb I'm sure she has wowed you with her creations and there is more to come!

Below is the sketch that is inspiring us this hop!

So with giving on my mind, I sat at my craft desk (in the 2 seconds of screaming baby free time I had) and came up this this cute card.
I wanted to try and keep it simple as I didn't have a lot of time and I had a few cards to make. (plus I always over complicate things)

I looked at the Floral Boutique DSP that I have opened but not yet used and thought I must use this.
So as you can see iv used it on the bottom half of the card, and added a little border of Rose Red to make it pop.

As for this beautiful flower that I LOVE!! I stamped it with VersaMark and heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder on to Rose Red card and cut it out with the coordinating Framelits called May Flowers Framelits.

This is the inside of the cards clean and simple!

A hint of Copper Thread for a little bling finished it off nicely.

These cards will hopefully show my appreciation to those special few around me who are helping me "keep afloat". I think is so nice to show this in simple little unsuspecting ways.

I hope you have a great week and have a little time so spread some love around in little ways!

Next up is the lovely Maree click on the next button to hop on and see what she has created for us!
